Individual Appraisals. The Supplier shall issue individual appraisals on its own forms, to measure the performance and progress of Contract Personnel. These forms shall be issued after the initial 6 months period and then again at 12 months, and subsequently at twelve monthly intervals. If the assignment is of less than 6 months, an appraisal shall be issued at the end of the Assignment. The format and content of the Supplier's individual appraisal shall be approved and agreed with BT.
