Common use of INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATIONS Clause in Contracts

INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATIONS. The Recipient will ensure that: a) Where a website or webpage is created to promote or communicate progress on a funded Project or Projects, it must recognize federal funding through the use of a digital sign or through the use of the Canada wordmark and the following wording, “This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada.” The Canada wordmark or digital sign must link to Infrastructure Canada’s website, at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. The guidelines for how this recognition is to appear and language requirements are published on Infrastructure Canada’s website (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/pub/signage-panneaux/intro-eng.html). b) The Recipient will be required to send a minimum of one photograph to each of the Parties of the construction in progress, or of the completed project, for use in social media and other digital individual Communications Activities. Sending the photos will constitute permission to use and transfer of copyright. Photographs are to be sent to XXXX.xxxxxx@xxxxxx.xx along with the Project name and location.
