INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS OR POLICY CONFLICTS. An individual contract between the Board and any teacher shall be subject to and dependent upon the provisions of this Agreement. If any contract between the Board and any individual teacher shall contain any language inconsistent with any term or provision of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be controlling. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any Board policy or procedure or any administrative directive or regulation, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
