Individual Deferred Compensation Arrangement. Time shall remain responsible for all obligations with respect to the individual deferred compensation arrangement listed on Schedule 10.03. In addition, Time shall assume any investment management contracts or other contracts relating to the administration of such deferred compensation arrangement and shall execute any other instruments necessary to effectuate the foregoing.
