Individual Employee Agreements. SpinCo shall, or shall cause another member of the SpinCo Group to, assume or retain exclusive responsibility for all Employee Agreements with Employees, Former Employees and Legacy Former Employees, which are or shall become Business Plans on and after the Split Date.
