Common use of Individual Landlords Clause in Contracts

Individual Landlords. Landlord hereby agrees that so long as no Event of Default is existing under a Lease, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause any assignee of any Landlord’s interest under such Lease (including, without limitation, any landlord under any Individual Lease Agreement under such Lease), concurrently with such assignment, to assume Landlord’s obligations under this Agreement regarding any Demised Properties covered by such assignment.
