Individual Licenses Clause Samples

The 'Individual Licenses' clause defines the terms under which a single person is granted permission to use a product, service, or intellectual property. Typically, this clause specifies that the license is non-transferable and applies only to the named individual, often restricting sharing or use by others within an organization. By clearly outlining these boundaries, the clause ensures that usage rights are limited to authorized users, thereby protecting the licensor’s interests and preventing unauthorized distribution or access.
