Individual Negotiating Clause Samples
The Individual Negotiating clause establishes the right or process for parties to negotiate specific terms of an agreement on an individual basis, rather than accepting standard or pre-set terms. In practice, this clause allows one or both parties to propose modifications to certain provisions, such as pricing, delivery schedules, or service levels, tailored to their unique needs or circumstances. Its core function is to provide flexibility and customization in contractual relationships, ensuring that the agreement can be adapted to better suit the interests and requirements of the parties involved.
