Common use of Individual Note Certificates Clause in Contracts

Individual Note Certificates. The Global Note Certificates will be exchangeable for Individual Note Certificates in the circumstances described therein. If the Current Issuer is required to deliver Individual Note Certificates pursuant to the terms of the relevant Global Note Certificate and the Current Issuer Trust Deed, each Individual Note Certificate shall: (a) be printed or typewritten in accordance with all applicable legal and stock exchange requirements; (b) be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 2 (Forms of Individual Note Certificates) to the Current Issuer Trust Deed; (c) be in registered form and, in each case, in an Authorised Denomination; (d) bear a unique serial number; and (e) be executed manually or in facsimile by an Authorised Signatory of the Current Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Registrar.
