Common use of Individual Obligations Clause in Contracts

Individual Obligations. Each Contracting Party shall bear the costs it incurs in carrying out this Agreement, including the costs of formulating or transmitting reports and of reimbursing its employees for travel and other per diem expenses incurred in connection with work carried out on the respective Tasks, unless provision is made for such costs to be reimbursed from common funds as provided in paragraph (g) below.
