Common use of Individual PAGA Payments Clause in Contracts

Individual PAGA Payments. The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA Payments by (a) dividing $5,000.00 by the total number of PAGA Period Workweeks worked by all Aggrieved Employees and (b) multiplying the result by the number of PAGA Period Workweeks worked by each individual Aggrieved Employee.

Individual PAGA Payments. The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA Payments by (a) dividing $5,000.00 3,750 by the total number of PAGA Period Workweeks Pay Periods worked by all Aggrieved PAGA Employees and (b) multiplying the result by the number of PAGA Period Workweeks Pay Periods worked by each individual Aggrieved PAGA Employee.

The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA 12 Payments by (a) dividing approximately $5,000.00 12,500 by the total number of PAGA Period Workweeks Pay Periods worked 13 by all Aggrieved Employees and (b) multiplying the result by the number of PAGA Period Workweeks Pay Periods 14 worked by each individual Aggrieved Employee.

The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA Payments by (a) dividing $5,000.00 6,250 by the total number of PAGA Period Workweeks worked by all Aggrieved Employees and (b) multiplying the result by the number of PAGA Period Workweeks worked by each individual Aggrieved Employee.

The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA Payments by (a) dividing $5,000.00 15,000.00 by the total number of PAGA Period Workweeks worked by all Aggrieved Employees Alleged PAGA Members and (b) multiplying the result by the number of PAGA Period Workweeks worked by each individual Aggrieved EmployeePAGA Member.
