The Administrator will calculate Individual PAGA Payments by (a) dividing the Aggrieved Employees’ Share of the PAGA Penalties Amount 1 ($50,000.00) by the total number of PAGA Pay Periods worked by all Aggrieved Employees 2 and (b) multiplying the result by the number of PAGA Period Pay Periods worked by each 3 individual Aggrieved Employee.
