Individual Responsibility. The occupant of the space assumes responsibility for any act, behavior or conduct that originates from the space assigned or selected.
Individual Responsibility. Every officer, director and employee has the individual responsibility to comply with this Policy against xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, regardless of whether the Company has recommended a trading window to that Insider or any other Insiders of the Company. The guidelines set forth in this Policy are guidelines only, and appropriate judgment should be exercised in connection with any trade in the Company's securities. An Insider may, from time to time, have to forego, a proposed transaction in the Company's securities even if he or she planned to make the transaction before learning of the Material Nonpublic Information and even though the Insider believes he or she may suffer an economic loss or forego anticipated profit by waiting.
Individual Responsibility. Everything in and about the Plant must be kept clean and in good order and each employee will be held responsible for the condition of that part of the Plant under his control. He is required to see that his locker is kept clean and in a neat condition.

Individual Responsibility. The parent and student acknowledge that use of internet through any network may include the potential for accessing web sites with inappropriate materials. It is the responsibility of all users to avoid these sites through prudent use of the Internet. If a student unintentionally accesses one of these sites, he or she should immediately exit from that site and notify a school district staff member and their parent. If a student finds that other users of District-owned devices are visiting offensive or harmful sites, he or she should report such use to the building principal and to the proper authorities.
Individual Responsibility. All Tenants and Guarantors are jointly and severally responsible for the terms of this Lease. Each Tenant /Guarantor is individually responsible for the performance by all the other Tenants/Guarantors. Tenants /Guarantors may not divide or apportion their responsibility under this Lease. Any breach by any Tenant or their Guarantors will become the responsibility of all the Tenants/Guarantors both individually and collectively.

It is the individual responsibility of teachers to keep records of all professional activities, transcripts, certificates, licenses and CEU’s necessary for certificate / licensure attainment and renewals. It is the individual’s responsibility to complete the appropriate coursework and or other professional activities required by Ohio Licensure Standards and to meet all deadlines established by the LPDC and the Plain Local Schools.
Individual Responsibility. Personnel employed by, or acting under the authority of, a party to this Agreement are not employees or agents of the other party, and the first party assumes full responsibility for their acts and has sole responsibility for their supervision and control.
