Common use of Individual Retirement Discussions Clause in Contracts

Individual Retirement Discussions. Employees or the Association and Administration may approach each other to discuss individual retirement incentives. If a meeting is scheduled, the Association president will be notified, and an Association representative may attend. No retirement incentive or program will be implemented except if agreed by both the Association and the Board. Incentives agreed between the Board and Association create no precedent for other situations.
