Common use of Individual Right to Amendment Clause in Contracts

Individual Right to Amendment. Business Associate agrees to make amendments to PHI in a Designated Record Set as directed or agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to 45 C.F.R. §164.526, or take other measures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. §164.526.
