Individual Rights of Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates and may otherwise deal with the Owner Trustee, the Company or an Affiliate of the Owner Trustee or the Company or a subsidiary of the Owner Trustee or the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not the Indenture Trustee. Any Agent may do the same with like rights.

Individual Rights of Indenture Trustee. Any Agent may do the same with like rights. However, the Indenture Trustee is subject to Sections 7.10 and 7.11.
