Common use of Individual Rights of Note Trustee Clause in Contracts

Individual Rights of Note Trustee. The Note Trustee in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Note Issuer or its affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Note Trustee. Any Paying Agent, Note Registrar, co-registrar or co-paying agent may do the same with like rights. However, the Note Trustee must comply with Sections 6.11 and 6.12.

Any Paying Agent, Note Registrar, co-registrar or co-paying agent Agent may do the same with like rights. HoweverThe Note Trustee, the Note Trustee must comply with however, shall be subject to Sections 6.11 7.10 and 6.127.11.
