Common use of Individual Rights of Trustee and Certificate Administrator Clause in Contracts

Individual Rights of Trustee and Certificate Administrator. Each of the Trustee and the Certificate Administrator in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates and may otherwise deal with the Seller or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee or Certificate Administrator, as applicable. Any Certificates Registrar, co-registrar or co-paying agent may do the same with like rights. However, the Trustee and the Certificate Administrator must comply with Section 8.11 hereof.
