A. Spa / Hot Tub Closing
1. Attached Spa / Hot Tub - An attached spa / hot tub is defined as any spa or hot tub that shares plumbing facilities with a pool. 2. Portable Spa / Hot Tub - A portable spa / hot tub is defined as any spa or hot tub that uses plumbing or equipment that does not also serve a pool. For portable spa / hot tub closing services ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pools & Spas Service staff will: a) Drain the spa / hot tub; b) Clear all water lines and winterize with antifreeze; c) Secure the spa / hot tub cover. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pools & Spas techs use a sugar-based antifreeze in the closing of portable spas. This antifreeze is prone to mold growth in warm temperatures. Therefore we recommend your spa be reopened or flushed in the spring once the average daily temperature reaches 50 degrees fahrenheit. This is usually around the middle of April.
Individual Services. Upon the approval of the Board of Directors, Spansion shall have the right to terminate all or a part of any individual Service at any time and for any reason upon at least six (6) months’ advance notice.

2. Portable Spa / Hot Tub A portable spa / hot tub is defined as any spa or hot tub that uses plumbing or equipment that does not also serve a pool. For portable spa / hot tub opening services ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pools & Spas Service staff will: a) Clean the filters; b) Inspect all equipment and electrical components directly associated with the spa / hot tub; c) Fill the spa / hot tub; d) Add an initial dose of BioGuard® Stain & Scale; e) Clean the spa / hot tub cover.

Individual Services. 7.1 The parties hereby acknowledge and accept that any other services the Exploiter may individually provide to the User (such as electricity, cleaning of offices, and the like) are not included in the price paid for common expenses.
7.2 Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in the paragraph above, as a general criterion regarding the case-by-case execution of agreements for individual services, the delay in payment thereof shall result in a penalty being imposed in favor of the Exploiter in an amount equivalent to 15% of the amount due. In addition, without any kind of court or out-of-court notice, and solely on account of the expiration of the relevant term, such delay shall in all cases accrue interest in a percentage equivalent to the LIBOR RATE (360-day term) effective at the time payment is made plus 15% from the commencement of the delay until the date payment is effectively made.
Individual Services provision of services to individual customers shall be subject to execution of the then current customer service contract, and payment of rates, fees and charges respecting such requested Services;
