Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.
Evidence of Insurance. Collateral Agent shall have received a certificate from Borrower’s insurance broker or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to Section 5.5 is in full force and effect, together with endorsements naming the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, as additional insured and loss payee thereunder to the extent required under Section 5.5.
Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate from Company's insurance broker or other evidence satisfactory to it that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 6.4 is in full force and effect and that Administrative Agent on behalf of Lenders has been named as additional insured and/or loss payee thereunder to the extent required under subsection 6.4.
Evidence of Insurance. Upon the request of the Bank, to deliver to the Bank a copy of each insurance policy, or, if permitted by the Bank, a certificate of insurance listing all insurance in force.
Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Agent as sole loss payee on behalf of the Lenders.
Evidence of Insurance. (a) The Servicer must maintain the following documentation with respect to insurance coverage on each Mortgage Loan:
Evidence of Insurance. Prior to the performance of services under this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish City’s Risk Manager with a certificate or certificates of insurance and all original endorsements evidencing and effecting the coverages required under this Section 11. The endorsements are subject to City’s approval. Consultant may provide complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies to City. Consultant shall maintain current endorsements on file with City’s Risk Manager. Consultant shall provide proof to City’s Risk Manager that insurance policies expiring during the term of this Agreement have been renewed or replaced with other policies providing at least the same coverage. Consultant shall furnish such proof at least two (2) weeks prior to the expiration of the coverages.
Evidence of Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of insurance and other evidence, satisfactory to it, of compliance with the insurance requirements of this Agreement and the Security Documents.
Evidence of Insurance. Prior to commencing any work or services under this Agreement, Consultant will provide the City with suitable evidence of insurance in the form of certificates of insurance and a copy of the declaration page(s) of the insurance policies as required by this Agreement, issued by Consultant’s insurance insurer(s) as evidence that policies are placed with acceptable insurers as specified herein and provide the required coverages, conditions and limits of coverage specified in this Agreement and that such coverage and provisions are in full force and effect. Confidential information such as the policy premium may be redacted from the declaration page(s) of each insurance policy, provided that such redactions do not alter any of the information required by this Agreement. The City shall reasonably rely upon the certificates of insurance and declaration page(s) of the insurance policies as evidence of coverage but such acceptance and reliance shall not waive or alter in any way the insurance requirements or obligations of this Agreement. If any of the policies required by this Agreement expire during the life of this Agreement, it shall be Consultant’s responsibility to forward renewal certificates and declaration page(s) to the City 30 days prior to the expiration date. All certificates of insurance and declarations required by this Agreement shall be identified by referencing the RFQ number and title or this Agreement. A $25.00 administrative fee shall be assessed for all certificates or declarations received without the appropriate RFQ number and title or a reference to this Agreement, as applicable. Additionally, certificates of insurance and declaration page(s) of the insurance policies submitted without referencing the appropriate RFQ number and title or a reference to this Agreement, as applicable, will be subject to rejection and may be returned or discarded. Certificates of insurance and declaration page(s) shall specifically include the following provisions:
Evidence of Insurance. Cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lenders’ loss payable, loss payee or mortgagee, as its interest may appear, and/or additional insured with respect of any such insurance providing liability coverage or coverage in respect of any Collateral, and cause, unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent, each provider of any such insurance to agree, by endorsement upon the policy or policies issued by it or by independent instruments furnished to the Administrative Agent that it will give the Administrative Agent thirty (30) days prior written notice before any such policy or policies shall be altered or cancelled (or ten (10) days prior notice in the case of cancellation due to the nonpayment of premiums). Annually, upon expiration of current insurance coverage, the Loan Parties shall provide, or cause to be provided, to the Administrative Agent, such evidence of insurance as required by the Administrative Agent, including, but not limited to: (i) certified copies of such insurance policies, (ii) evidence of such insurance policies (including, without limitation and as applicable, XXXXX Form 28 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate), and XXXXX Form 25 certificates (or similar form of insurance certificate)), (iii) declaration pages for each insurance policy and (iv) lender’s loss payable endorsement if the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties is not on the declarations page for such policy. As requested by the Administrative Agent, the Loan Parties agree to deliver to the Administrative Agent an Authorization to Share Insurance Information.
