Common use of Individual’s Right to Amendment Clause in Contracts

Individual’s Right to Amendment. OSMI agrees to make available PHI to the subject of PHI for amendment and shall incorporate any amendments to PHI in accordance with the subject’s right to request amendment to PHI as set forth in 42 CFR 164.526 and in accordance with any process mutually agreed upon by the parties. OSMI reserves to itself the rights set forth for Covered Entities in 42 CFR 164.526.
