Common use of Inducement Stock Clause in Contracts

Inducement Stock. As inducement to the Employee to enter into this Agreement, the Company will issue 500,000 shares ("Inducement Stock") of Company restricted common stock ("Restricted Stock") to the Employee as of the Effective Date. The Inducement Stock grants shall be evidenced by the forms of Inducement Stock Agreement attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B."
