INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor to Landlord has served as a material inducement to Landlord to execute and deliver the Lease, and Guarantor further acknowledges and agrees that but for the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor, Landlord would not have executed and delivered the Lease.
