Common use of Inducements Clause in Contracts

Inducements. HHSC submits this RFP setting forth certain information regarding the objectives of the Contract and HHSC’s desire to mitigate risk throughout the life of the Contract by use of expert MCO services. Therefore, HHSC will consider all representations contained in a Respondent’s proposal, oral or written presentations, correspondence, discussions, and negotiations as representations of the Respondent’s expertise. HHSC accepts these representations as inducements to contract.
