Inducements. 6.1 The Company shall take reasonable steps to ensure that neither it nor any of its employees or agents either offers or gives, or solicits or accepts, any inducement that is likely to conflict with any duties owed to its clients. 6.2 The Company, may pay and/or receive fees/commission to/from third parties, provided that these benefits are designed to enhance the quality of the offered service to the Client and not impair compliance with the Company’ duty to act in the best interests of the Client.
