Inducements. Contractor represents and warrants to LAUSD that Contractor has not violated and will not violate any applicable laws or regulations, or any LAUSD policies of which Contractor has been given notice, regarding the offering of inducements in connection with this Agreement. In the event that Contractor does not comply with the foregoing, LAUSD will have the right to terminate this Agreement for cause without affording Contractor an opportunity to cure.
