Common use of Inducements Clause in Contracts

Inducements. The Company, further to the fees and charges paid or provided to or by the Client or other person on behalf of the Client, as stated in Section 13 of this Agreement, may pay and/or receive fees/commission to/from third-parties, provided that these benefits are designed to enhance the quality of the offered service to the Client and not impair compliance with the Company’s duty to act in the best interests of the Client.

Inducements. The Company, further to the fees and charges paid or provided to or by the Client or other person on behalf of the Client, Client (as stated in Section 13 paragraph 21.1. of this AgreementAgreement above), may pay and/or receive fees/commission commissions to/from third-third parties, provided that these benefits are designed to enhance the quality of the offered service to the Client and any third-party payments, fees or commissions will only be made where the Company is satisfied that such payments do not impair compliance with the Company’s duty obligation to act in the best interests of the our Client.

The Company, further to the fees and charges paid or provided to or by the Client or other person on behalf of the Client, as stated in Section 13 paragraph 15 of this Agreement, may pay and/or receive fees/commission to/from third-third- parties, provided that these benefits are designed to enhance the quality of the offered service to the Client and not impair compliance with the Company’s duty to act in the best interests of the Client.
