The Agent’s or any Lender’s failure at any time or times to require strict performance by any Obligor of any provision of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall not waive, affect or otherwise diminish any right of the Agent or the Lenders thereafter to demand strict compliance and performance with such provision.
