Common use of Industrial agreement Clause in Contracts

Industrial agreement. (a) The Officer is entitled to the same terms and conditions as contained in the Public Service Award 1992 and the Public Service and Government Officers General Agreement 2011 but neither the Award nor the Agreement form part of this contract. (b) Where there is an inconsistency between this contract of employment and the terms and conditions of the Public Service Award 1992 and the Public Service and Government Officers General Agreement 2011 as applied by paragraph (a) above, the former shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. (c) This contract of employment will apply in conjunction with, and is subject to, the relevant provisions of the Public Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and the Minimum Conditions of Employment Xxx 0000.
