INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES AND NEGOTIATIONS. Neither the Company nor its employees is involved in any industrial dispute, and there are no facts known, or which would on reasonable enquiry be known, to the Company or to the Sellers or to any of their respective directors which might suggest that there may be an industrial dispute involving the Company or that any of the provisions of this Agreement may lead to an industrial dispute.
