Industry Engagement. It is BAE Systems preference to source through preferred supplier agreements, and BAE Systems is continually seeking high performing, well managed and capable businesses to strengthen its team of key suppliers – to ensure it continues to deliver project success, and receives value for money.
Industry Engagement. The Operator will actively engage with eVTOL manufacturers and operators to ensure their needs are met, including the formation of a "Customer Council" composed of eVTOL operators, manufacturers, and equipment suppliers to provide feedback on infrastructure, operational policies, and other necessary developments. This initiative will ensure that JRB’s infrastructure and operational policies align with the evolving requirements of the eVTOL industry.
Industry Engagement. Industry engagement is an innovative strength of our NE program. The students will be expected to participate in a graduate internship (one summer/semester duration) during their tenure at Pitt. The projects addressed will be created and guided through active engagement of the community of plant vendors, marine propulsion support, spent fuel product manufacturers, utilities and national laboratories with whom the Nuclear Engineering program is connected. More importantly, this will ensure the Graduate Fellows complete their education with meaningful industry experience and are engaged in the problems and challenges facing the nuclear enterprise.
