Industry outreach materials. DRAFT The activities to be undertaken by the Service Provider may include: • Determination of the form and language requirements of the outreach materials. • Development of the outreach material content. • Video targeted to minibus-taxi industry x 2 (one for the start of Phase 2A, another to be produced 3 years after the commencement of the service or as directed by the City) - Scripting of video - Procurement of background music to video - Production of simulation video targeted to minibus taxi industry - Duplication of video x 500 on appropriate storage devices that will allow for seamless playback. An information package will be developed for the minibus-taxi and bus industry, which includes a range of distinct stakeholders, such as owners, directors, drivers, and other employees. Each stakeholder within the industry carries with him or her unique concerns and questions over a project of this type. Thus, the outreach materials must ideally be crafted to each stakeholders needs. Further, the form and type of outreach material must be appropriate to the audience. Materials shall also be produced in the isi Xhosa language commensurate with the demographics of the Phase 2A area. The form of the outreach materials may include flyers, talking points or Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and posters. Regarding the Video: The Service Provider shall produce up to two videos describing the proposed system and providing a simulation of its operation. Each video will be 12 to 15 minutes in length. The Service Provider shall work closely with the City to develop a script for each video. The Service Provider shall then produce the full videos.
