Common use of Ineligible Accounts and Limitations Clause in Contracts

Ineligible Accounts and Limitations. Courtesy Pay is available only to eligible checking accounts on memberships that are maintained in good standing as defined above. Savings accounts, Money Market accounts, Public Fund/ Charitable Organization accounts, Fiduciary accounts (such as Estate or Conservator), certain Trust accounts, and any Minor accounts not of legal age are not eligible for this service. We may, in our sole option and discretion, limit the number of your accounts eligible for Courtesy Pay service, such as to one account per household or address, and/or one account per tax identification number.
