Common use of Ineligible at Recertification Clause in Contracts

Ineligible at Recertification. If a household is determined ineligible at recertification, grantees have the option of providing up to six additional months of rental subsidy to support the household to transition to self-sufficiency. The decision to provide additional rental subsidy of up to 6 months must be noted in the client file.
