Common use of INELIGIBLE BIDDER Clause in Contracts

INELIGIBLE BIDDER. 3.1 By signing this subcontract the Subcontractor attests that it has not been declared ineligible to bid on State of Maine projects. The Bureau of General Services may disallow award of this contract to any Subcontractor if there is evidence that the Subcontractor, through their own fault, have been terminated, suspended for cause, debarred from bidding, agreed to refrain from bidding as part of a settlement, have defaulted on a contract, or had a contract completed by another party.
