Infant Clause Samples

The 'Infant' clause defines the term 'infant' as it is used within the contract, typically specifying that it refers to a person under a certain age, such as under 18 years old. This clause clarifies the age threshold for legal capacity or responsibility, ensuring that all parties understand who is considered an infant for the purposes of the agreement. By providing a clear definition, the clause helps prevent ambiguity regarding the rights, obligations, or limitations that may apply to minors under the contract.
