Erosion Control Structure Maintenance During the period of this contract, Purchaser shall provide maintenance of soil erosion control structures constructed by Purchaser until they become stabilized, but not for more than 1 year after their construction. Contracting Of- ficer may agree to perform such structure maintenance under B4.218, if requested by Purchaser, subject to agreement on rates. Purchaser shall not be responsible for repair of such structures damaged by other National Forest users whose activities are not a part of Pur- chaser’s Operations.
Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
Therapist Availability Therapist’s office is equipped with a confidential voice mail system that allows Patient to leave a message at any time. Therapist will make every effort to return calls within 24 hours (or by the next business day), but cannot guarantee the calls will be returned immediately. Therapist is unable to provide 24-hour crisis service. In the event that Patient is feeling unsafe or requires immediate medical or psychiatric assistance, he/she should call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
MAINTENANCE OF CONCESSION PREMISES A. Concessionaire shall preserve and maintain the Concession Premises in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Concessionaire is solely responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Concession Premises.

Properly designed engine enclosures and intake silencers will be used. • Equipment will be maintained on a regular basis. New equipment will be subject to new product emission standards. • Stationary equipment will be located as far away from sensitive receivers as possible. • Construction-related noise generators will be shielded from noise receivers (e.g., use temporary enclosures to shield generators or crushers, take advantage of site conditions to provide topographic separation). • Construction alerts will be distributed to keep the public informed of construction activities, and a toll-free number for construction-related complaints will be provided. • During the design phase, hours of operation will be evaluated to minimize disruptions during construction. ADOT to oversee for compliance TMP-4 Congestion from construction-related traffic will create temporary impacts in the project vicinity. Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.
