Common use of Influenza and other Infectious Diseases Clause in Contracts

Influenza and other Infectious Diseases. If candidates have or are suspected of having influenza or any other infectious disease, they may be asked to refrain from taking the test. In such cases, transfers or refunds as listed under Article 3, Provision 6 (2) may be offered.

If candidates have or are suspected of having influenza or any other infectious diseasedisease (as defined by Provision 18 under the Law Concerning the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients of Infections), they may be asked to refrain from taking the test.
