Common use of Informal Event Clause in Contracts

Informal Event. a) In an effort to recognize the Program and its securement accomplishments, the Land Trust will provide a minimum of 6 weeks advanced notice of anticipated informal announcement/event dates (e.g., walking tours, sign unveiling). Event dates should not be set prior to receiving ECCC approval. As required, WHC will work with the successful Applicant and ECCC to confirm any government representation at events and acquire needed ECCC approval. b) The Government of Canada (GC) wordmark/logo will be clearly visible. Event emcees, or Land Trust spokespeople, will recognize the funding of the Government of Canada in their remarks. c) Accompanying communications products (news releases, etc.) will be shared with WHC for review prior to release. d) Accompanying communications products such as news releases will be shared with WHC for review, 6 weeks prior to release.
