Common use of Informant Files Clause in Contracts

Informant Files. Informant files are confidential files of the true names, assumed names, and signature of all informants to whom payments of confidential expenditures have been made. To the extent possible, pictures and/or fingerprints of the informant payee should also be maintained. Refer to Informant Files “Documentation” (2) for a list of required documents for the informant files.
