INFORMATION ABOUT THE SECURITY. 11.1 As part of the overall Agreement, the Credit Union has taken a security interest over the Property. This means that if the Member misses Payments, or is unable to repay the Facility, or falls into any other breach of this Agreement, the Credit Union may be entitled to sell the Property to recover money owed to the Credit Union. 11.2 If the Member enters into any additional agreements for a credit facility with the Credit Union, the Property will secure payment on those future facilities.
