Common use of Information Access and Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Information Access and Disclosure. Employee acknowledges that he shall occupy a position of trust and confidence with the Employer and will have access to and may develop Confidential Information of actual or potential value to or otherwise useful to Employer. Employee shall hold in strictest confidence and not disclose, without express written authorization from the President, Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors of Employer, to any person or entity, other than the Employer and its affiliates and their officers and agents, or use in whole or in part any Confidential Information that Employee may acquire while employed by Employer.
