Common use of Information Accuracy; Reliance; Change Notice Clause in Contracts

Information Accuracy; Reliance; Change Notice. Customer shall input, maintain, and verify the accuracy of any and all information, including payroll and tax information, and Customer shall continually ensure that such information is kept complete, accurate, delivered on time, and up to date at all times. Customer acknowledges that NEOGOV and NEOGOV Fulfillment Partners will rely on the accuracy of this information as it performs its requested functions. NEOGOV shall not be responsible for any delays or inaccuracies in Customer’s delivery of data to NEOGOV. Customer will notify NEOGOV immediately of any change in the processing information, including the Authorization Form. Customer will also obtain a voluntary written authorization from any Payee prior to the initiation of the first credit to the account of such Payee and shall provide upon demand a copy of such written authorization to NEOGOV.
