Common use of Information Accurate Clause in Contracts

Information Accurate. All information, financial statements of the Borrower, documents, books, records or reports furnished by the Borrower to any Secured Party in connection with this Agreement are true, complete and correct in all material respects; provided that, solely with respect to written or electronic information furnished to a Secured Party which was provided from an Obligor with respect to a Loan, such information need only be accurate, true and correct to the knowledge of the Borrower.
