Common use of Information and Access Rights Clause in Contracts

Information and Access Rights. (a) Until the Non-Control Date (or such earlier date as BNPP shall determine), the Company agrees to continue to provide BNPP with information and data relating to the business and financial results of the Company and its Subsidiaries to the extent that such information, data or access is required for BNPP to meet any legal, financial, regulatory, compliance, tax, audit (internal and external) or risk management obligation or requirement (as determined by BNPP in its reasonable judgment).
