Common use of Information and Action Clause in Contracts

Information and Action. The party giving the notice shall at all times thereafter keep the other party informed and at its own costs and expenses take all reasonable actions and do all things as are within its reasonable control with a view to the cessation or removai, or the reduction to the maximum extent, (in each case as soon as possible) of the prevention of observance or performance concerned. All costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the Consultant under this Clause 13.3 shall be borne soleiy by the Proprietor.
