INFORMATION AND CONTROL. Advising Us of changes This Contract has been made on the basis of the information submitted by You in the Questionnaire. You shall inform Us within 10 days of any substantial change in the information given in the Questionnaire, particularly in the nature or the scope of your activities or in your legal status.
