Common use of Information and dealing Clause in Contracts

Information and dealing. (a) The Creditors shall provide to the Security Agent from time to time (through the relevant Agent as applicable) any information that the Security Agent may reasonably specify as being necessary or desirable to enable the Security Agent to perform its functions as Security Agent or trustee. (b) Each Senior Creditor shall deal with the Security Agent exclusively through the relevant Agent except the Hedge Counterparties who shall deal directly with the Security Agent and shall not deal through any Agent.
