Information and Developments. (a) The Company may require the Participating Stockholders to furnish to the Company such information regarding the Participating Stockholders or the distribution of such Registrable Securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing, in each case only as required by the Securities Act or the rules and regulations thereunder or under state securities or blue sky laws. (b) Each Participating Stockholder agrees that, upon receipt of any notice from the Company of the happening of any event of the kind described in Section 6.04(a)(iii) hereof or a condition described in Section 6.06, such Participating Stockholder will forthwith discontinue disposition of such Registrable Securities pursuant to the Registration Statement covering the sale of such Registrable Securities until such Participating Stockholder’s receipt of the copies of the supplemented or amended prospectus contemplated by Section 6.04(a)(iii) hereof or notice from the Company of the termination of the Deferral Period.
