Common use of Information and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Information and Inspection. Debtor shall (i) promptly furnish Bank any information with respect to the Collateral reasonably requested by Bank; (ii) allow Bank or its representatives to inspect the Collateral, at any reasonable time and wherever located, and to inspect and copy, or furnish Bank or its representatives with copies of, all records relating to the Collateral and the Obligation; and (iii) promptly furnish Bank or its representatives such information as Bank may reasonably request to identify the Collateral, at the time and in the form requested by Bank.
