Common use of Information and Minutes Clause in Contracts

Information and Minutes. Each team shall be authorized to secure legal and/or professional advice from other sources with the understanding that such sources shall understand that the discussions are to remain confidential until final agreement is secured. Accurate minutes of the proceedings shall be kept by the school district clerk and shall be available for public inspection in the school district office during normal business hours. The minutes shall be signed by the clerk and shall include: 1. Roll call, date and time of meeting. 2. Items presented by each team by chapter designation and subject. 3. All final offers by each team. 4. All items approved by a majority vote of the members of each team.
